Petrology of Metamorphosed Ore Deposits

There is great potential for major new advances in understanding the genesis of metamorphic ore deposits and their tectonic setting using recent advances in metamorphic petrology. My research in metamorphosed and metamorphic ore deposits is focused in the following areas:

Metamorphic petrology and computer modelling

Tectonic and structural seting of ore deposits

Case studies of metamorphosed ore deposits

Crystal Structures

Interactive 3-D ball-and-stick models of the crystal structures of a variety of minerals are presented here for undergraduate courses in mineralogy.
